  We've been buying meat from Boxgum for a while - it's amazing quality and their pork and fennel sausages are absolutely the best we've ever tasted. We just had our first online order delivered and I'm blown away by the care and attention - wool insulation, re-use of packaging, the works. This will be the first of many.

  I dealt with the owners over the phone and what a pleasure it was. No request was too big or too complicated. I asked that my Xmas ham be shipped together with my main order to save on shipping cost and Boxgum Grazing seamlessly accompanied my request and offered a solution.
  
  I'm also planning a visit in the near future to Boxgum Grazing to observe and learn first hand how this family's been farming the land regeneratively for over 30 years.
  
  My order of yummy meat arrived securely packed and accompanied by plenty of icepacks and wonderful wool packaging. And the real star of the show was off course the meat!
  
  When I first savoured their bacon, I imagined how my elders would reflect on tasting Boxgum Grazing's meat...and if it would invoke pleasant memories of their youth? My thoughts were abruptly ended by the thoughts of modern mass produced feedlot meat.
  
  Its lovely to know that in these modern times, Boxgum Grazing is still practising these ancient regenerative farming techniques. They are stewards of the land and not only the animals, but we thrive from consuming meat prepared in this way. I found their grassfed beef and lamb to be of the same superior quality...

  Our family were lucky enough to have some time with Sam and Claire on their farm while we travel around Australia. Calm, content, unmedicated animals moved frequently, following regenerative principles. The animals have no choice but to look full, slick and healthy. The bacon was the best we've ever tasted. Just got the beef strips but wished we had more money to buy more of their products. The colour and texture of the raw beef is so different to what you get at the shops and of course it tasted brilliant in our stir fry. Good to know also that we were buying locally from a family who are in all likelihood sequestering carbon from the atmosphere, and improving water, nutrient and energy cycling by the way they farm.

  This is my favourite farm! The pork quality is soooo good! I think the kind of pig is IBERICO as I can see the black hair. Hahahaha... You will never try other pork once you have the best flavour one. The grass fed beef tastes good too. Oh, do not forget to try pork and beef sausages with fennel. You will love them, and buy them again, again and again.
